I established Pulse and Water Learning in September 2002 as an offsite inclusion project for disaffected young learners aged 14 to 16. Then called ‘Inclusive Creativity Learning’, later on ‘IC Learning’, Pulse and Water College currently operates under the auspices of Pulse and Water Learning.
My role includes providing the strategic direction for Pulse and Water overall leadership and management of staff; resources; liaison with organisations; finance; curriculum and learner welfare.
My vision is for an inclusive strategy operating on the belief that given favourable circumstances, all children all can learn and all have a desire to succeed educationally.
